Alexander Slocombe aka Alex Nepali is originally from Uk, South West Bristol City England. He is British by nationality yet Nepali by heart. He is a musician and an artist. We can find him performing/singing in the streets of Kathmandu and Pokhara. Not just inside Nepal, he has performed in many other countries as a charity event to support underprivileged kids. In 2011 Alex came to India for a holiday and stayed there for around 6 months.
In 2012 he happened to visit Nepal and since then he has been living in Nepal. When arriving at the interview with the Paradygm TV, Alex said “ I didn’t know anything about Nepal and when I first came to Nepal, in that first day it was the banda in Nepal and I just had the most incredible first day in Nepal. It was like a fairy tale. And I just kind of fell in love with Nepal at that time. Ever since then it’s just been kind of an adventure to discover Nepali Sanskriti”.

Alex Nepali is coming with a new album which is about to release very soon. 25% profit gained from this album is going towards the development of education of Hukam village, Rukum. Whereas the other 25% is going toward building a music foundation in Pokhara. Alex always felt the urge to give back to Nepal and indeed he is a person with a golden heart. Performing Nepali Songs proudly shows that he is a big fan of Nepali cultures. He was even seen participating in the protest against India to claim Kalapani and Limpiyadhura back. He proved that he is a Nepali by heart as he sings ‘yo man ta mero Nepali ho’.
